Cash Back will be given, after 24hrs of the trip completion.
Cash Back are non-transferable, and it cannot be encased at any point of time.

Travelocar reserves all rights and can be withdrawn at any given time.

Cash Back are not applicable on GST
Cash back offer applicable on the entire package during the offer period.
Cash back will be auto-credited to your Travelocar member account within 24
hours.
Cash back is only applicable of online payments.
Cash back amounts are generally based on your booking amount and does not
include taxes, and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.
Cash back can be earned simply by booking a cab within the offer limit.
In case of cancellation of transaction made during the offer period, Customers will
not be eligible for cash back offer.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other deal code/cash back offer(s) of
Travelocar.
At any point of time, travelocar reserve the right to withdraw, modify or suspend
aspects of the Cash Back Service, or the entirety of it.
Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee continuous access to the Cash Back
Service or any of the content that appears on it.
Nevertheless, we will strive to ensure that any periods of planned unavailability, which you will be informed of when you access the Cash Back Service at the relevant time, are kept to a minimum.
Cancellations and Returns
100% money back if Cab does not report on time.
Chauffeur is not professional.
Cab condition not to satisfactory.
Only applicable on Airport Transfer.
Or In case of natural calamity or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, money back guarantee does not effect.
Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 24 hours before the trip takes place. In case it is a multi-day trip, the charge for the first day would be deducted from the refunded amount. If it is a single day trip then no refund will be issued.
If the cancellation or shortening of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pickup time, no refund will be issued.
